About Simmer...
The true star in the Crock Spot family is our truck, who was just recently named Simmer. Simmer got it's name last fall, after we held a "Name Our Truck Contest." One of our most loyal fans, Sandra Romero ending up naming our truck and winning herself a catered party for 30, beer included. Simmer is a 1980 Chevy Step Van who runs like an absolute champ. When we bought him he was a completely gutted van and was soon transformed to the Crockin Mobile that he is today. Without Simmer there would be no Crock Spot and we are so grateful for his part on our team!

Stephen spent his 20’s working for bars, restaurants and catering companies in New York City. Give you one guess what he was in pursuit of… With all this experience, he understands how gratifying making people happy with food can be. Crock Spot not only fulfills his entrepreneurial side but the lifetime goal of preparing food that people really like.

As a certified Life Coach, living in the San Francisco Bay Area for the last 10 years, Mandy has developed two strong passions; people and food. Bringing Crock Spot to the world, not only fulfills her love for working with people and creating happy healthy balanced lives, but also her strong desire to deliver delicious food that makes people smile.

Peter is a great addition to the Crock Spot team. He cooks, he cleans, he grew up in a bad ass land.

About G...
G has been a fan of Crock Spot since early on. First as a customer, then as a helper. Once in a while, you'll see him and his girlfriend, Holly, working on the truck serving delicious food along side Stephen or Mandy. With his background in IT, he's also happy to help edit the website or fix a broken computer!
